By integrating different user groups we gained not only obvious knowledge but also discovered implicit knowledge of the users.

The insights obtained from the qualitative analysis both at primary and secondary level of end-users were used for the creation of questionnaires that cover all relevant issues. Using a mixed research method, by which the nine-headed project team was able to receive a very positive response, made it possible to generate hypotheses, test them and to establish a transferable theory. The theory to the research questions and the total findings in detail are used to develop a product taking into consideration primary as well as secondary end user requirements at all steps in process. Therefore, having conducted successful researches is increasing the public acceptance, easing the development process and facilitating the market launch of the product in later phases of the project.
